The Kikbrik was introduced in 2007. Based on acoustical science, the KikBrik is a physical drumhead damper as well as an acoustic absorber of unwanted overtones (harmonic ringing). The core is formed from specially manufactured high-density multi-layered recycled cotton. Uniquely shaped contact-point ends dampen one or both heads for a better sound.
