The Specs of Tommy Lee's Rock Star
Just like Chad Smith's Signature cowbell as part of his LP Red Hot Pack, Tommy Lee's Collect-A-Bell a.k.a. The Rock Star is based on LP's Ridge Rider design. The white coated cowbell has Tommy Lee's Rock Star Tattoo Graphic embedded into the metal surface to make it last for years.

Special for the Ridge Rider cowbells is that they have the patented Jenigor bar on it. This controls the overtones and reinforces the mouth of the bell. Furthermore, the 8" long bell is mountable, has the hand-welded Vise-Clamp Mount that fits 3/8" to 1/2" diameter rods, and includes a memory lock to hold the bell securely in place.

We can definitely be sure it will hold with this mount since Tommy will be beating it like crazy.

Andro - Tommy Lee's new solo album
On 16 October 2020, Tommy Lee's new solo album Andro was released. If you follow Tommy Lee on Drummerszone, you probably noticed we added all the singles, videos, and the full album as soon as they were published.
'Andro' features everything in Tommy Lee that is not Mötley Crüe. On 'Andro' Tommy travels the world of synth, electro, hip-hop and dance. He has an array of special guests including Post Malone via Tommy's remix of the Malone/Tyla Yaweh track Tommy Lee.

Don't expect 'Andro' to be a classic drummer's solo album. On this record, one of rock's most notorious drummers steps behind the board, seeking new talent from all over the world to enhance the high-energy music created in the time between tours with Mötley Crüe.

When Tommy Lee ran the Drummerszone website down - A true story!
Back in 2015, we did a research story on all of Tommy Lee's spectacular Crüecifly drum kits. All happy with it, we published it. The only instant problem was that Mötley Crüe shared it on their Facebook feed as well. Back then, we thought we could easily handle a sudden load of visits to our website. Yet, we didn't anticipate a band like Mötley Crüe sharing our article.

In less than 4 hours, we hit over 700,000 visits before the Drummerszone server crashed. After scaling up fast, this article went on to reach over 2 million single page views in less than a week.
