Pearl wondered '...that drum companies always talk about durability of their pedals, but is there actual proof? How many shows and practice sessions can it survive and how long does a pedal live?'

To answer all these questions once and forever Pearl set up the Eliminator Redline Pedal Durability Experiment. They built a special robot to find out what the limit is to their pedal.
