The world renowned Swiss cymbal maker Paiste is proud to welcome Mikko Siren to its Artist Endorsement Program.
Almost 20 years ago four cellists from Finland performed Metallica songs under the name Apocalyptica, and kicked ass.
Since 2005 drummer Mikko Siren is a full member of the band, who pushes the cellos thunder with driving grooves.
Right before the start of their upcoming world tour Mikko decided to switch from Zildjian to Paiste. His new setup mainly consists of models from Paiste's acclaimed RUDE and PSTX cymbal series.
Paiste also welcomes the following distinguished artists to its artist roster: Greg Erwin (Saint Motel) from the United States, Marko Duvnjak (Andreas Gabalier) from Croatia, Rikhard Murto (Diandra, Cheek) from Finland, Michael Kolar (Almanac) from Germany, Richard Romero (Juan Gabriel) from Mexico, and Ivan Cristiano (UHF) plus Samuel Henriques (José Cid) from Portugal.
