Meinl, the cymbal and percussion making company from Germany, added two new tambourines to their catalogue. The new tambourines in the Headliner Series are made from sturdy ABS plastic with two rows Nickel silver plated steel jingles. One is a mountable version, made for percussionists and drummers alike with a frame that endures heavy stick playing. The hand held version is lightweight and comfortable to hold.
Both tambourines have two rows of nickel silver plated steel jingles that cut through the music with shimmering sounds. Both are available in black, have an ergonomic handgrip for more playing comfort and feature a guiro style-playing surface.
