"Jeff is a world-renowned percussionist and a pivotal addition to our artist community. His dedication to music education and performance is inspiring, and will help us further Yamaha's mission to pass down knowledge to the next generation of percussionists."
Jeff is an original cast member of the Tony and Emmy award-winning Broadway show Blast!. In addition to performing across the world with the group, he appeared on several national television shows, including The Late Show with David Letterman, The Kennedy Center Honors 2000 and Blast!, productions that aired on PBS stations.
Jeff says he chose Yamaha for the company's commitment to education, the quality and durability of their products and the people who work there:
"Yamaha not only has some of the best drums and instruments on the planet, but they also have the most professional staff in the industry. Couple this with their commitment to the marching arts, including Bands of America, Drum Corps International, and Winter Guard International and you have a perfect match. It is an honor to be affiliated with such an amazing company."
Prior to joining Yamaha, Jeff endorsed Pearl Marching. He is also a Zildjian, Evans and Vic Firth artist.
