Gustav Schäfer, drummer with German rock band Tokio Hotel, has crashed his BMW 3 Series into a tram. Fortunately the drummer and his two passengers only suffered slight injuries, all are just fine.

The winner of 2008\'s MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) reportedly overtook a line of traffic in his hometown Madgeburg, Germany, driving straight over some blocked-off tram tracks.
An oncoming tram then hit Schäfer\'s car, causing it to skid into traffic and forcing it into two cars.
Gustav is being charged with bodily harm due to negligence.
