One Day As A Lion, the project featuring Jon Theodore, former drummer of The Mars Volta, and Rage Against The Machine frontman Zack De La Rocha, has posted the first track of their upcoming release on MySpace. The song Wild International comes off One Day As A Lion\'s eponymous debut ep, which is scheduled for release on July 22 via Anti Records.
Jon Theodore was The Mars Volta\'s drummer from 2001 to 2006. He left the group in 2006 and was temporarily followed up by Blake Fleming as the band started touring for their album \'Amputechture\'. Currently Thomas Pridgen is behind the drum kit for The Mars Volta.
