About Leonard Haze Leonard Haze recorded nine different Y&T albums. He gets the credit for naming Yesterday & Today (Y&T). As the story goes, one day a promoter called to book the band for a gig. The only problem was that the band had no name. While on the phone with the promoter, Leonard looked around his room and saw the Beatles\' \'Yesterday and Today\' album. In the heat of the moment, the band was named.
The drummer, who is said to have the world\'s fastest right foot, parted ways with legendary California rockers Y&T in June 2006. Leonard was followed up by Mike Vanderhule.
Leonard Haze is currently playing with local acts Shotgunn Haze, The situation, Spun Cookie and sometimes guests with Johnny Gunn & Friends.
