Pro-Mark endorser Dana Hammond has formed \'Choice Group\', a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to benefit inner-city children as well as children in the foster-care system. Hammond is a professional producer/musician who has worked with Mandy Moore and Jessica Simpson. He has also appeared in television commercials, and written music for movies such as Starsky and Hutch and A Cinderella Story.
“A national study reported that within two to four years of leaving foster care only 54 percent of emancipated foster youth had completed high school, fewer than half were employed, and 40-60 percent had experienced homelessness within a year of leaving foster care. This program can reduce those numbers substantially.”
Our program helps kids discover their natural talents, increases their self-esteem, improves their life-skills resulting in greater self-sufficiency, and expands their general outlook.
