Professional drummer Legarth has studied with Alex Holzwarth (Rhapsody, Dol Ammad, among others), and at the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles.
The new drummer plays his first gig with Beyond The Void at the Dark Eastern Festival in Berlin today (Sunday, April 8, 2007). Claus Legarth will also appear on the band\'s forthcoming third album, which will be recorded in August.
Beyond The Void was formed in 2000. They have thus far released one ep and two full-length cds. The band\'s latest album, \"I Am Your Ruin\" was issued in February 2006 via Fear Section / Out Of Line / SPV.
