On dvd one Tim Waterson breaks down and demonstrates the 3 main foot techniques: heel down, heel up and heel-toe.

For the first time on video the Moeller whipping motion is applied to the feet. Tim shows us how to develope the Moeller stroke for accenting patterns with our feet.

Tim also explains and demonstrates the mystery behind he Swivel and Glide motions. The drummer shows how learning the transitions from techniques and motions is the key to making playing the bass drum almost effortless.

Tim Waterson holds nothing back as he breaks down the Pump technique which allowed him to set a new World Record for the single strokes with feet.

Dvd two is a bonus disc that contains performances clips with a variety of bands over the last 10 years, including The Dark Horse Project, The Black Symphony, and Sarum. It also includes several solos from previous video releases, and footage from practice and recordings sessions. Tim\'s appearance at 1989\'s Drum Wars deserves special mentioning.
