Within Y\'s sophomore album, \"Portraying Dead Dreams\", was released in Sweden this past spring via the Gothenburg-based label Gain. The band last year parted ways with bassist Mattias Wanerstam and replaced him with longtime friend Jonas Larsson.

Within Y\'s debut album, \"Extended Mental Dimensions\", was released in March 2004 through Holland\'s Karmageddon Media (formerly known as Hammerheart Records).

Within Y members Andreas Solveström (vocals) and Jonas Larsson (bass) recently teamed up with Kaliber drummer David Andersson. They have launched a new side project called Oro. Three recently recorded demo tracks have been posted online on the band\'s MySpace page.
