Although there has been no statement from Lazarus AD at the moment of publishing, the band's drummer Ryan Shutler reportedly has passed away. According to Lambgoat, Loudwire and Metal Underground, Ryan Shutler died Sunday, May 17, 2015 at the age of 28.
Official details about the drummer's death have not been revealed, but Lazarus AD has not been giving any update since early Feburary. They have been relatively inactive since releasing 2011's 'Black Rivers Flow'.
Ryan Shutler has been with the band since its inception in 2005. The Wisconsin-based thrash metal outfit debuted on Metal Blade Records with 'The Onslaught' in 2009.
