The band has started recording its first new material since the release of Adler's 2012 debut album, 'Back From The Dead'.

Helming the sessions once again is producer Jeff Pilson (Foreigner, Dokken), who states the plan is to records at least a couple of songs:

"I don't know if we're gonna do a whole record. I think we're gonna just do a couple of songs, because it's kind of, like, why bother doing a whole record these days? But his juices are flowing, so we started in on that today, and that's gonna be great."

About Steven Adler
Steven Adler was fired from Guns n' Roses over his heroin addiction in 1990, which caused him to spiral down into depression and more drug use.

The drummer appeared on the second and fifth seasons of the reality TV show Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, as well as on the first season of its spin-off Sober House.

In July 2008 Steven was arrested after he showed up at a sober-living home high and in possession of heroin.

Adler went on to stints in real rehab centers after being ordered to by a judge as part of a DUI bust in 2009.

During the 2000s, Steven was the drummer of the band Adler's Appetite, and since 2012, he has held the same position in the band Adler.

Little has been heard from Adler since the band was forced to cancel its summer 2013 tour due to Steven checking into an undisclosed rehabilitation center to continue working on his sobriety.
