To enter, you simply have to download one of three, free, 'minus-drums' Bombastic Meatbats tracks, record and post a play-along video drum cover on YouTube, and sign-up on drumchannel.com.

The ten top videos as determined by popular vote as well as ten additional 'wild card' entries will be judged by Chad himself, along with an all-star panel made up of today's leading drummers, including Terry Bozzio, Gregg Bissonette, Thomas Lang, Stephen Perkins and others.

Prizes
The grand prize winner of the drumming competition will receive a free trip to Los Angeles where he or she will meet Chad, sit in with the Bombastic Meatbats on a live Drum Channel webcast, and take home $1,000's in gear from Pearl, Sabian, Remo, Vater and Jammit.

Second place, third place and ten runner-up winners will receive a selection of drum prizes while everyone who enters the contest will receive a Chad Smith Drum App Digital Good-eBag featuring electronic content and access from participating sponsors.
