"Wild Mick" Brown, drummer in Ted Nugent's band, was arrested in Bangor, Maine yesterday. The 55-year-old drummer who formerly played with Don Dokken, and Lynch Mob among others, faces several charges: theft of a golf cart, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving to endanger and assault.
According to police officers working at Ted Nugent's Sunday night concert, Mick was intoxicated, had stolen the golf cart and was driving it recklessly on a foot path with two women also on board.
Some might say that's pretty rock 'n rock but the police thought it undesirable and tried to stop the cart.
But the rocker sped past them, damaging two traffic cones and shoving a security officer.
Two security officers then removed Mick from the cart and arrested him. Mick Brown was released on $4,000 bail. His initial court date is August 15, 2012.
