Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker's lawyer has sent a cease and desist letter to gossip website MediaTakeOut after it had posted photos of the naked drummer, including his private parts.
The website published the photos on Wednesday, January 18, reporting that an unnamed musician had sent them to a female admirer.
However, people were quickly able to identify the body belonging to Travis Barker by his distinctive tattoos.
Soon the pics became quite a sensation, scoring over 400,000 views before they were taken down.
Travis claims the photos are from over five years ago and were private and never intended for public viewing or to be seen by anyone else.
