According to a posting on The NIN Hotline, Nine Inch Nails appear to have parted ways with recently recruited drummer Alex Carapetis (photo).

No reasons for his depature have been given at the moment of writing. Replacing Carapetis on the band\'s current tour - at least temporarily - is probably A Perfect Circle\'s Josh Freese.
Nine Inch Nails\' previous skinsman, Jerome Dillon, was forced to leave the band in October after suffering an unspecified heart condition.
Nine Inch Nails have several concerts remaining this month, including a special Christmas show on December 10. The event also features System Of A Down, Korn, Fall Out Boy, Depeche Mode, Coldplay and The White Stripes, among others.
After a short break more North American shows, starting early in February, are coming up.
