Lars Frederiksen (guitarist of Rancid) and his bastards break-off a pure punk onslaught with their self-titled release. Produced and co-written by Tim Armstrong of Rancid, this record is a classic example of punk rock from the heart.
The album features 10 new Armstrong/Frederiksen songs, heavily inspired by Frederiksen's caustic youth in Campbell, CA; as well as covers of Billy Bragg’s "To Have and Have Not" and Motorhead’s version of the Yardbird’s classic "Leavin' Here." Another remarkable track is "Dead American;" saturated with blazing guitars and raspy street-punk vocals, this album is a sound for sore ears.
