Drummer Vincent Verga passed away on January 20, 2020. Verga was a member of several New York City hardcore punk bands, including Warzone, Kill Your Idols, and No Redeeming Social Value. Details surrounding his death have yet to be disclosed. At the time of his passing, he was suffering a spinal condition and a GoFundMe had been organized to help offset the growing cost of his treatment.

Value's death was announced in a Facebook post from one of his former bands, Kill Your Idols. Value lived in Valley Stream, New York, the town where he grew up, with his wife and two children.

Hardcore veteran drummer Vinny Value was born as Vincent Verga. Vinny has played with Warzone, No Redeeming Social Value, Grey Area, The Arsons, and Kill Your Idols, among others.
