Multi-instrumentalist Terje Isungset is a unique percussionist who plays avant-garde deeply rooted in tradition.
In early February 2001, Terje Isungset went to The Ice Hotel in Jukkasjärvi, North Sweden, to record the first ever all ice music CD.
All instrument were to be made from ice, shaped by ice-sculptors Bengt Carling, Arne Berg and Åke Larsson in cooperation with Isungset. A number of percussion instruments, as well as ice harp and ice trumpet (played by Terje Isungset, Iro Haarla and Arve Henriksen, respectively).
