Jakarta, Indonesia based drummer Surendro Prasetyo, better known as Yoyo, was born in Jakarta on November 29, 1975. He is the drummer and founder of the band Padi.



Yoyo has been playing drums since grade 3 in elementary school. At the tender age of thirteen, Yoyo earned the title of Best Drummer at the Band Festival A Java-Bali. He was also named best drummer in Indonesia in 1998.



Yoyo is currently endorsed by Tama drums and Sabian cymbals.
