Rodrigo Alfaro was the initial drummer in Swedish Satanic Surfers. After their lead vocalist left, he took over vocal duties…while still retaining his place behind the drums.



At the end of 2001 Rodrigo decided that singing and drumming was simply too much, and the band recruited 20-year-old Martin Svensson.



When Svensson had left the band in November 2002, vocalist Rodrigo Alfaro got temporarily back on drums. In March 2004 the Surfers asked Robert "Samsa" Samsonowitz to join the fold as their new permanent drummer.
