Rob Heijne (Heemskerk, 1967) was drummer in Dutch outfit Ruben Hoeke Bluesband until September 2005. He was followed up by Remco van der Sluis, who previously had played with Jan Akkerman, Thé Lau and Chris Hinze.
Rob Heijne joined blues guitarist Julian Sas, replacing long-time skinsman Pierre de Haard.
Heijne started playing drums in Krommenie on August 13, 1981 at 19:30 hours, receiving his first lesson from
Hank Liliental.
