Rob Gardner was the first drummer in LA Guns in 1983. The original line-up was completed by guitarist Tracii, singer Axl Rose, and bassist Ole Beich.



The band demoed in 1984, but Tracii & Rob left to reform with Axl as Guns n’ Roses (after Tracii Guns & Axl Rose) and LA Guns broke up.



When LA Guns reformed again, the new line-up featured Nickey “Beat” Alexander on drums.
