Rick Mensink is one of the percussionists in Blaas of Glory, an ironic tribute-to-eighties-metal fanfare/brass band, along with Tim de Wijk (big drum) and Bouke Bijlsma (lyra, glockenspiel, cymbals). Rick plays the snare drum and washboard among other instruments.
