Since performing live at the age of five, Scott Pellegrom has transformed from a natural born rhythmist to an international clinician and educator. Scott finds rhythm in everything that surrounds him and currently inspires over fifty students with his world renowned talent.
Scott Pellegrom currently does thirty clinics a year. He endorses and works exclusively for Dream Cymbals, Drumcraft Drums, Pro-Mark Sticks and Aquarian heads. Scott can be seen in Modern Drummer Magazine, Drum magazine, and a host of many other publications world wide.
Scott Pellegrom has made appearances at the Cape Breton International Drum Festival 2009 and 2010, Tiger Bill's Drum Beat Fest 2009, Fun With Drum Clinic in 1999, 2005 and 2008, Portland Vintage Drum Show 2004, and Bass Up in Atlanta. You can also find Scott performing and demonstrating products at NAMM, Musikmesse and PASIC events every year.
In 2000 Scott Pellegrom was the Drum Off Champion of the Midwest and North Region. In 2006 he was in the Guitar Center Drum Off national finals out of 5000+ competitors.
Scott Pellegrom improvised every solo and stuck with "Groove". He has been a full time professional drummer since age 16 and has been playing all of his life.
Scott Pellegrom has studied with many great teachers including Johnny Rabb, Derico Watson and Mark Schulman and performed live with Chuck Levelle , Jeff Coffin, Karl Denson, The Drifters and many others.
Currently Scott Pellegrom is on a clinic tour of 12 public schools. He is also teaching 30 plus students privately and working the percussion ensembles and Jazz Bands at Mona Shores Middle/High School. Scott Pellegrom is also writting and recording his first debut album due out early this fall.
Scott Pellegrom also performs with the Hot Pockets, ScottyP Project , Oregon Dream Child and recording and touring with Death By Dancing, he is also a very active studio drummer in Grand Rapids Michigan.
