Peter van Loenen was the original drummer in Utrecht, The Netherlands based metal act Martyr. Megaton Records offered the groep a contract after their demo "Metal Torture" sold extremely well. Peter, however, still attending school was not able to spend all that time with the band anymore. Hende he left and Target´s drummer Elias Papadopoulos was immediately recruited.
