Pete Webber is drummer in Denver, Colorado's thrash outfit Havok. Mixing relentless brutality and technical proficiency, Pete Webber's chops are top-notch.



Pete Webber recalls: "I started when I was 5 and was lucky enough that my mom had a cousin who’s son didn’t use their drum set anymore. I got my first drum set at around 7 after it sat around their house for a few years. My parents noticed how interested and developing I was with it on my own, so I started to take lessons about 10 years old."



Pete Webber began taking drum lessons and developed proficiency in jazz, rock, funk, metal, and Latin drum styles. Formerly of Ravage, Pete Webber trekked to the wild west of Denver, Colorado to join thrash masters, Havok. Webber joined the band in March of 2010, quickly learning the songs and leaving for tour within days of meeting the band.



Following the success of Havok's 2010 tours with HammerFall and Primal Fear, Webber jumped into the writing process for Havok's sophomore album, 'Time Is Up'.



The fall of 2010 was spent in the woodshed where Pete Webber laid down drum tracks for the new album, which was recorded using his Pearl Masters MCX Maple kit. The album showcases Webbers utilization of double kick patterns and a variety of advanced drumming techniques that any drummer could appreciate. 'Time Is Up' was released in 2011.
