Paul A.T. Kinson played drums in British folk metallers Skyclad. Kinson, who initially came in as the band's live drummer for the headline tour which followed the release of "Irrational
Anthems", and was made a full member in mid 1996, was first featured on "Oui Avant Garde A Chance" (1997). This release first started life as a five track single and acoustic EP. It later developed into a full length album after Massacre Records insisted that the tracks already recorded were too good to put out as an EP. Due to the album being recorded in two halves, several of the drums tracks had been played by Paul Smith, leaving Kinson the drums on the other half of the album. Paul Kinson was replaced by Mitch Oldham.
