Michael Maes enrolled onto the drum stool in Belgian metallers Edgecrusher after the band had recorded "Impressions Of Mankind" with session drummer Ariën Van Weesenbeek (God Dethroned, Imperia). Maes was followed up by Karel Willemyns.
