Artist biography Max Acosta
Percussionist Max Acosta, a member of Vayven Del Amor, was caught in a crossfire on May 17, 2011 between members of the Mexican Navy and unidentified gunmen in Diaz Ordaz, Tamaulipas.
The 34-year-old was shot three times in the stomach.
