Mark Evans played drums in Warrior Soul. Evans was first featured on the band's sophomore album "1991's Drugs, God, and the New Republic", replacing original drummer drummer Paul Ferguson.
Mark Evans also appeared on the albums "Salutations from the Ghetto Nation" (1992) and "Chill Pill" (1993), before parting ways with the band.
In 1995 band leader Clarke sought to reinvent Warrior Soul and released "Space Age Playboys" on the independent Futurist label, with new drummer Scott Duboys.
When the album was selling badly Clarke disbanded Warrior Soul later that year.
On January 26, 2005 Mark Evans was murdered. His body was found in a wheelie bin in an east London car park. A member of the public discovered the burning body on Wednesday morning (Jan. 26) after finding his garden fence on fire.
