In 1991 he joins the Conservatory of Music "G. Rossini" of Pesaro.
In 1996 he starts his studies on jazz harmony and improvvisation on vibraphone and marimba with M° Daniele Di Gregorio and he attends summer stages with the Modern School of Milan directed by Franco Rossi (1995/1996/1997) in Pergola (Pu)
In 1997/1998/2000 Marco attends the summer clinics tough by the Berklee College of Music of Boston in Perugia, where he wins a scholarschip on 1998
In 1999, Marco goes to Berklee College of Music of boston to attend the 5 weeks program and he has the opportunity to study with Ed Saindon and Victor Mendoza
In 2000, he wins a scholarship at the "high level courses of jazz improvvisation" in Lecco by M° Giorgio Gaslini
In 2000, Marco attends at the "Center of Professional Music" (CPM) in Milan a course of high level of drum set that takes one year with M° Walter Calloni and in the same period he takes lesson by Andrea Dulbecco (Conservatory of Milan Faculty)
In 2001, Marco attends the course of Tecnology in Music arranged by the "Centre of Musical Studies INTEATRO" of Polverigi (AN), tough by Enrico Cosimi, Giuliano Palmieri and Francesco Sardella
On September 13, 2001 Marco graduates in Percussions Instruments from the Conservatory of Music G. Rossini with valuation of 10 cum laude
In 2002, Marco receives from the "Fondazione G. Rossini" of Pesaro, a scholarship for being graduated with the maximun on Percussion Instruments at the Conservatory of Music G. Rossini
In May 2004, Marco get the Bachelor Degree on Professional Music (on percussions, vibraphone, marimba and drum set) at Berklee College of Music of Boston USA with the studies with Gary Burton (vibraphone), Ed Saidon (vibraphone and marimba), Victor Mendoza (vibraphone), Eguie Castrillo (latin percussions), John Ramsay (drum set), Steve Wilkes (drum set), Jeff Friedman (jazz harmony and arrangement) and many others with the valuation of Summa Cum Laude and a GPA of 3.91. He wins three schlarship and he's always present on the dean list of the president Lee Berk (a list with all the best musician are)
From May 2004 Marco is endorser UFIP cymbals of Mr. Tronci
In April 2005, he wins the first place at the "Chicco Bettinardi" National Jazz Competition being the best jazz italian talent. Marco wins playing his composition "Easter" and the Chic Corea tune "Spain" with the rhythm section Attilio Zanchi on acoustic bass and Massimo Manzi on drums.
