Ken Floyd was the original drummer in Eighteen Visions. He was one of the co-founders of the band when they started in 1996. Later he switched to picking up the guitar, and Jason Shrout of Kansas City's Saved by Grace was taking over on drums.
Ken Floyd also played in Throwdown for a while, but was replaced by Jarrod Alexander prior to the recording of their official debut album "Haymaker" in 2002.
August 2005 saw Ken Floyd join forces with guitarist Keith Barney (Eighteen Visions, ex-Throwdown) and form a hardcore band called Rain, featuring Floyd behind the drum kit.
