Karl Sanders is probably best known as vocalist/guitarist of South Carolina's Egyptian-themed death metal titans Nile. But Karl also plays drums and percussion, most notably for his solo albums.



Karl Sanders' solo debut . album, 'Saurian Meditation', was released in October 2004 under the Relapse record label. This album featured Pete Hammoura and Juan Gonzalez on drums and percussion.



In January 2009 Karl inked a solo deal with The End Records. His second full-length solo album, entitled 'Saurian Exorcisms', was released in April of that year. Karl played all drums and percussion himself on this cd.
