Josep Vicent (1970) was born in Altea, Spain. Hij graduated cum laude at the Conservatory Oscar Esplá in Alicante and the Sweelinck Conservatory in Amsterdam.



Since 1990 Vicent has been part of the Amsterdam Percussion Group (Slagwerkgroep Amsterdam). He is also adviser for Spain's of Culture.
