Joey Pafumi played drums in hard rock group XYZ. He was featured on their first album recorded en produced between 1984 and 1985.
The CD, entitled "Rainy Days", features XYZ's original lineup: Bobby Pieper (guitar), Joey Pafumi (drums), Terry Ilous (vocals), and Patt Fontaine (bass).
The album was recorded four years before the group's self-titled, Don Dokken-produced CD was released.
Since 2002 Joey Pafumi is drummer in the Walter Trout band. He replaced Kenny Soule behind the drum kit.
