Jason Barnes dreamed of becoming a professional drummer until he was electrocuted at work and lost his right arm below the elbow.
Jason built his own prosthetic device shortly after the accident and was admitted to the Atlanta Institute of Music.
Two years later, Jason got a prosthetic arm that can play the drums following instructions from the muscles in his biceps, as well as a second stick that automatically 'improvises', meaning Jason Barnes can effectively play three drumsticks at once.
