Håkon Gebhardt joined alternative rock outfit Motorpsycho after the release of their debut album “Lobotomizer” in 1991. He replaced initial drummmer Kjell Runar “Killer” Jenssen. Håkon Gebhardt took over on drums and stayed with Motorpsycho until he decided to depart in March 2005. Gebhardt felt his involvement with Motorpsycho had reached its natural conclusion, and preferred to continue his work with HGH and the various other projects he had been involved in since the last Motorpsycho album and tour proper in 2002.
