Haan Hartmann played drums in US power metallers Winter's Bane. He joined the band in 2003, replacing Todd Bertolette. Previously Hartmannn had played in German outfit Powergod, and had his own band Hartmann.



In July 2004 the band announced the addition of drummer Mark Cross (Helloween, Metalium, among others), and as Cross was in, Hartmann was out.



Soon after Haan Hartmann showed up in The Traceelords, also featuring guitarsit/vocalist Andreas Brings of Sodom and Powergod repute.
