Guido Marggrander (Karlsruhe, 1964) studied at the State University of Music Karlsruhe in music science and percussion with Hans-Jörg and Jürgen Heinrich Bayer.



From 1989-1997 Guido Marggrander was first percussionist in the SWR Radio Orchestra. Since 1997 he has played in the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra.



Guido Marggrander is a member of various chamber music formations, such as AURIGA-percussion quartet and percussion ensemble German.



Since 2004 Guido Marggrander has been teaching percussion at the Conservatory of Music and Drama.
