Geoff Barrow was born in Walton-in-Gordano, Avon, England on December 9, 1971.
He has grown out to a much sought- after studio technician and session drummer, who worked with Baxter Dury, Portishead and many others.
According to Portishead vocalist Beth Gibbons: "Portishead-brain Geoff Barrow was the poor guy who made the tea and sandwiches and was allowed to press a few unimportant buttons in the studio while Massive Attack were making their debut Blue Lines in 1990."
