Eric Tucker, a.k.a. East Texas Cowboy, has been playing drums - and whatever else he could bang on - since he was a kid. He started out as the original drummer for The Road Kings, then moved to New York to work as a session drummer. During his stint in the Big Apple, he played with Tom Waits' back-up band and appeared on at least a dozen recordings.



Eric Tucker has also a seasoned road musician and has toured extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe with several different bands. Back in Texas, Eric played drums and percussion on Tall Texas Tales. He's currently building his own ranch in East Texas, and plays with the Jesse Dayton Band and The Road Kings full time.
