Dou Meis, drummer for Chicago based Exo and the Dials, died Thursday July 14, 2005 in an auto collision in Skokie, Illinois. While stopped at a traffic signal, his car was struck intentionally by another car traveling at a very high speed. The accident took the live of Michael Dahlquist, longtime drummer for Silkworm, as well.
