Doug studied music at Nebraska Wesleyan University, with further studies at Florida State University and Berklee College of Music. He has performed and/or recorded with Gary Burton, Dave Brubeck, Ben Vereen, Entrain, Burlap to Cashmere (national tours), and house/dance legends Roger Sanchez, Dennis Ferrer, and Kerry Chandler. Jingle credits include Miller Natural Light beer and ESPN's "X'treme games". Broadway credits: The Lion King, Brooklyn, Tarzan. Off Broadway: Miracle Brothers. Last year Hinrichs released his first solo CD, "Q & A." His compositions have been featured in the television shows "One Life To Live" and "The Young and the Restless."
