Dave Houghton was the original drummer of the Joe Jackson Band until he decided to leave the band in December 1980.



These days he runs a drum shop called "The Drumpad" in Portsmouth (Southsea to be precise) and plays locally in a drums/guitar duo called Talking Sheep. Check them out if you're in the Portsmouth area.



In 2002 Joe Jackson reunited the original band and Dave once again played the drums for the warm-up gigs, the album recording session and will tour with Joe in 2003.
