Danny Taylor is a drummer and percussionist born and raised in Los Angeles, now living in NY. Graduated with a BM in Percussion Performance from Cal State University, Northridg, Danny is currently playing drums on the national tour of Legally Blonde the musical. Previously he toured with Gypsy, and Man of La Mancha.



He recorded with The Marvelous Wonderettes ('Original Off Broadway Cast Album'), The Matt Roberts Group ('Faith of My Own'), CSUN Jazz "A" Band ('Student Originals'), and BYG ('Before It's Too Late').



While on the road, Danny Taylor has started presenting a lecture at colleges discussing the business side of music. He feels that students need to be aware that there is a lot more to having a successful career in music than just being a great player.
