Danny Heatley (often referred to as "Drummie Dan") is a British drummer known for his work with punk and folk-rock bands, most notably Shane MacGowan and The Popes and The Exploited. Active since the 1980s, he has performed on numerous recordings and is the son of jazz bassist Spike Heatley.
He played drums with The Exploited, contributing to their 1982 album Troops of Tomorrow, and was a member of Shane MacGowan and The Popes from 1993 to 1998.
He is sometimes referred to as "Danny Pope" or "Danny Satellite".
He is a London-born musician who has worked as a drummer, percussionist, and backing vocalist, currently living in Lyttelton, New Zealand.
